Terence is a six-time Emmy Award-winning producer and filmmaker and the Co-Founder of NY27 Productions, which produces content for cable, streaming, and digital outlets. His first film, "Unleashing Hope" will premiere April 22nd on Hulu.
In March, his 6-part documentary series "Confessions of Octomom" premiered on Lifetime and in January his series, "7 Little Johnstons" was back for it's 15th season on TLC.
Prior to launching NY27 Productions, Noonan was co-ep of Red Table Talk and was the Co-Executive Producer of GMA3 and nominated for his 11th Daytime Emmy Award. His other talk credits include The Rosie O’Donnell Show, Anderson Live, Ellen and The Dr. Oz Show.
In addition to his talk experience, Terence has also created and executive produced unscripted primetime programming including I'm Coming Home(ABC) The Whole Truth (ID) DC Cupcakes (TLC) and Grace vs. Abrams (A&E). In the digital space, he created and launched the first live programming platform on Amazon that allowed viewers to shop while they watched.
Terence is also part of a venture called, 100co. that has launched two products to date and focuses on marketing, PR, and sales strategies. Juni is a sparkling adaptogenic tea that is now available at Costco, Target, Sprouts, Amazon, Erewhon and Bristol Farms. Cay Skin blends suncare with SPF for everyone and is available exclusively at Sephora. Terence is also the author of "Starring You!" which was published by Haper Collins and insider's guide to using the power of the media.

Adam Neuhaus is the founder of the ideas company, Neuhaus Ideas. Adam spent 7 years in development for 30for30 and ESPN Films producing across documentary, series, digital, scripted and 30for30 Podcasts. Previously, Adam worked in development for RadicalMedia and Original Media, before that, the William Morris Agency, along with work experiences at IFP New York and Paradigm.
A committed champion for creative communities, Adam founded Headsets and Highballs, a community of media professionals and artists. He's a long time supporter of the Ghetto Film School, previously serving on the Board of Directors and currently on the Advisory Board. Adam is on the Board of Directors for the Bushwick Film Institute, mentors for Unlock Her Potential and serves on the Capacity Council for the Brown Girls Doc Mafia. Geoffrey Karapetyan is the Senior Vice President of Global Platform Partnerships, Direct-to-Consumer at NBCUniversal. A key leader on the Peacock and NBC Olympics teams, he oversees the strategic management of partnerships with major distribution platforms, including Google, Apple, Samsung, Roku and Comcast, driving growth and operational excellence for Peacock and NBCU’s direct-to-consumer business.
In his role with NBC Olympics, Geo leads NBCU's partnership strategy for the Olympic Games, focusing on engaging the next generation of Olympic fans and driving critical business goals. From Rio 2016 to the upcoming Milano-Cortina 2026 Games, he has been instrumental in crafting and operationalizing partnerships across digital and social platforms.
Geo holds a BA from Columbia University and an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business. He and his husband live in New York, where they are raising twins.

Dylan Dreyer is the co-host of 3rd Hour of TODAY and serves as a weekday weather correspondent and regular co-host for TODAY and Nightly News with Lester Holt.
Dreyer is the host of Earth Odyssey with Dylan Dreyer, the winner of over a dozen Telly Awards, which airs Saturday mornings on NBC. In addition, she co-hosts two weekly radio shows on Sirius XM, Off the Rails with fellow TODAY co-hosts Al Roker and Sheinelle Jones, and Lunch Date with Dylan and Brian, a joint show with husband Brian Fichera. You can also often catch her filling in on NBC Nightly News: Kids Edition -- a digest of the top headlines broken down for kids to best understand the world today.
Throughout the years, Dreyer has reported live for NBC News from some of history’s worst storms, including Hurricane Harvey, Boston’s record-breaking snowfall in 2015 and the North American polar vortex of 2014. She was also a part of the network’s extensive coverage of the 2018 Winter Olympics in PyeongChang.
Dreyer has recently launched her third children’s book, Misty the Cloud: Fun Is in the Air, part of A Step into Reading franchise. This is a follow up to Misty the Cloud: Friends Through Rain or Shine, and her New York Times best seller, Misty the Cloud: A Very Stormy Day. The picture book series features her beloved character Misty—a little cloud with big feelings. Dreyer combines her extensive weather knowledge with her experience as a mom in this social-emotional learning franchise.
Dreyer joined Weekend TODAY in 2012 from WHDH-TV, the NBC affiliate in Boston, where she served as the weekday morning meteorologist on Today in New England since 2007. In 2008, she was named Boston’s Best Meteorologist by Improper Bostonian magazine. From 2005 to 2007, Dreyer was the weekend meteorologist at WJAR-TV, the NBC affiliate in Providence, Rhode Island and from 2003 to 2005 she was the weekend meteorologist at WICU-TV, the NBC affiliate in Erie, Pennsylvania.
Dreyer graduated Cum Laude from Rutgers University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science degree in meteorology. During her time at Rutgers, she served as weather anchor for the Rutgers TV network and radio station. Dreyer is a recipient of the American Meteorological Society’s prestigious Seal of Approval award.
She resides in New York with her husband Brian Fichera and their sons Calvin, Oliver and Russell and their dog Bosco. Dreyer is on Twitter and Instagram at @DylanDreyerNBC.

Michael Galbe started his career building the first Latin American regional office for Warner Music and went on to global marketing roles at Jive Records/RCA, BMG, and Sony Music. Galbe helped launch MTV's first US Hispanic channel, MTV Tr3s, where he was VP of Artists and Music Marketing for the launch of the channel in 2008. Some of his notable music marketing campaigns include working directly with Britney Spears for her first five albums, The Backstreet Boys, NSYNC, Usher, Pink, Justin Timberlake, and Ciara. Galbe is currently at The Orchard (a division of Sony Music) connecting the world's biggest global artists with brand opportunities. The Orchard's roster includes Bad Bunny, Peso Pluma, NAS, Raye, Jessica Simpson, Oasis, Adam Lambert, and labels like Mass Appeal, Thirty Tigers, and RIMAS. He is passionate about making people and workflows more effective, building diverse and empowered teams, and contributing to an inclusive and impactful company culture. Brian Feit, Partner at BMF Media

From the moment he received his first copy of Billboard at 14, BMF Partner Brian Feit knew he wanted to be in the music and event business. Tenacious and determined to get his foot in the door, he wrote letters to record labels nationwide and one of these handwritten letters secured him a coveted internship with music legend Clive Davis. Brian packed his bags and headed to New York City where he got his degree at New York University while interning for Davis. Following graduation Brian spent four years at E-magine Records working on digital record releases. This invaluable experience put him years ahead of the curve in the industry. With Davis and E-magine under his belt, in 2003 he, along with his business partner Bruce Starr, set out to found BMF Media – an agency dedicated to brands, fusion, and music – leading him to receive AdAge’s “30 Under 30” Award.
Now, 20 years later, BMF is a 75+ person global creative integrated marketing agency with steadily growing with offices in New York, Los Angeles, Miami, and London. The agency is called upon by taste making consumer brands for marketing services across a range of practices including strategy & creative, experiential, digital, PR and more. BMF’s blue chip client roster includes Amazon, TikTok, Disney, Coty, Estée Lauder, Netflix, Hulu, FX, Sony Music, and more. On average, BMF executes more than 300 creative marketing campaigns a year for clients in more than 20 different countries.
Last year marked a professional milestone for Brian and BMF, as the agency won three CLIO awards for its work with Rihanna’s Savage x Fenty Volume 3 on Amazon Prime Video. Marketing leaders, many of whom hail from the Fortune 50, seek out Brian for his keen sense for creative marketing. His impeccable reputation for understanding business needs and translating them into campaigns designed to tap into target audiences is frequently cited as an apex in experiential marketing. Fran Shea, the former president of E! Entertainment Television is currently a media consultant with decades of experience in building high performance content companies. Fran is an growth oriented executive with expertise across media. She possesses a broad range of experience in business, product development, content creation at scale, and audience building. In her early career she spent a decade as a producer/executive at HBO. It was there she won a producer Emmy and led the creative teams that developed the blueprints for Comedy Channel and E! Entertainment Television channels. Fran went on to be on the founding team of E! as SVP of programming. Managing a creative and technical staff of 700, she was responsible for the creative growth of the channel including the development and production of all shows and brand management. After 7 years in this role Fran took on the title of President of E! Entertainment Television. During her term the highly successful cable channel, reached record profitability and launched a second network (style.). In addition, Fran oversaw the international business and managed the online business (eonline) to continued revenue growth.
Following her time at E! Fran launched an independent consultancy. Her clients include international publications Hello! and Hola!, Viacom channels, Time Warner/HBO and many others. During this time she founded HBOlab, a digital exploration experiment that was sold to Break Media.
She recently exited Game Show Network after 6 successful years as EVP of programming and marketing.
Fran is currently teaching Distribution and Marketing for Film at NYU/Tisch. She is also a frequent speaker/teacher on the subjects of creative management, low-cost/high volume content creation and audience development.
She is a graduate of SCSU and holds a Masters in Media Studies from The New School in New York.
Deniz Amado Rauch, Software Engineer at Spotify

Deniz Amado Rauch is a Software Engineer at Spotify, where she builds scalable products that power the platform’s music vertical. With over six years of experience in full-stack engineering, she has played a key role in developing promotional and artist-facing tools such as Countdown Pages, New Music Pitching, and campaign analytics for Spotify for Artists.
Her work sits at the intersection of music and technology, with a strong emphasis on user experience, performance, and cross-functional collaboration. Deniz is particularly passionate about empowering creators through data-driven products that help artists connect with their audiences in more meaningful ways.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Brandeis University. Outside of her engineering role, Deniz is committed to advancing gender inclusivity in tech and actively supports initiatives that foster equitable opportunities for women in engineering.

David had a BA in Film/Drama from Syracuse University and worked in the film and video industry, in every role from production manager to producer in New York and Hollywood. Memorable films include Hollywood Hot Tubs, Island of the Alive and Cannibalistic Humanoid Underground Dwellers, better known as CHUD. He was CEO and Founder of GoWatchIt.com which was acquired by JustWatch.com and is currently Head of Business at Letterboxd.com.
David is a Director of the East End Observatory, an astronomical observatory open to the public in East Hampton, NY.

Sylvia is the Director, Head of Global Industry Marketing at Meta, where she leads a team of business marketers to build insight-driven industry and thought leadership programs at global tentpoles such as CES, Davos, MWC, and Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity, and for the tech company’s largest owned events such as Meta Connect. Sylvia also builds meaningful partnerships to drive the industry agenda on innovation and build communities with strategic partners including the Ad Council, Ad Age, Forbes, Global Advertising Week, TIME, and more. Prior to taking on this role, Sylvia developed Facebook’s industry marketing program in Asia Pacific.
Sylvia is a board member of the Asian American Advertising Federation (3AF), an organization that aims to advance the Asian American marketing and advertising industry for Asian American consumers through education, advocacy, promotion, and increased collaboration.
Sylvia holds a M.S. in Corporate Communications from New York University and a B.A. in Journalism from Renmin University of China. A “lady from Shanghai,” Sylvia now lives in Brooklyn with her husband and their two kids.

Alfonso Morgan-Terrero is a filmmaker and educator born in the Bronx and raised in Harlem to parents from Jamaica and Dominican Republic. He is a Professor in the Department of Film & Television at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts and serves as Executive Artistic Director of Ghetto Film School, based out of the South Bronx.
His feature film Verde (2020) was the first film to be shot in the border province of Dajabón in Dominican Republic. He is the co-editor of homesickness: A BIPOC Cinema zine published annually that has featured long form interviews with artists such as Khalik Allah, Andrew Ahn, Isabel Sandoval and many others. He has provided journalistic coverage of China’s film industry for American Cinematographer Magazine and as a 2019-20 Henry Luce foundation fellow he shadowed veteran 5th Generation Chinese filmmaker, Tian Zhuangzhuang.
Alfonso is a 2024 Film Independent Episodic Directing Fellow and most recently adapted the nonfiction memoir A Breed Apart for Kevin Hart’s Hart Beat Productions. His latest short film Grown screened in competition at LALIFF and Proof Film Festival in 2024.

Originally from a small town in Wisconsin, Leslie now lives in Manhattan but enjoys reconnecting with her roots. Her family back in Wisconsin owns llamas and alpacas—one of her favorite topics of conversation whenever she gets the chance.
